ICCup completely revamped

As of early december, ICCup updated their entire system, their website is sooo easy and fun to use now, the anti-hack launcher is better than ever and there is more and more enthusiastic staff. If you haven't already, get on ICCup and start playing (just be prepared for a few dozen losses).
